Compute how much you needed to pay for your order. You need this when you order items to replenish your stock. You could either use one of the following options as follows:

OPTION A – Invest on Capital Load your eWallet with enough funds so that you could always get products as needed. This will become your roll-up capital. You would have a chance to immediately re-stock your system inventory even while the physical stock still have not arrived in your office.

OPTION B – Remit Payments If you don’t have enough capital to fund your eWallet, continue developing your network and gather payments from new and existing dealers with a temporary acknowledgement receipt and provide them with the orders as soon as your eWallet deposit has been approved.

Compute

Pay to the nearest Unionbank bank and deposit your computed amount to load your eWallet. Make sure that you keep your Machine Validated Receipt as proof of payment since you needed to encode this in the system. CONVERSION OF OLD/STANDBY PRODUCTS ON INVENTORY INTO POINT BEARING PRODUCTS AND REPLENISHMENT PROCESS UNDER THE NEW SYSTEM

Date: November 13, 2018

Premises:
  1. The new system has zero products for all MCs and MS. This means that new products must be purchased from HOH as these are the only points bearing products recognized by the system. These recognized purchases will be used in the product registration and/or re-order that earn points.
  2. The old products/inventories of MCs and MS are now called STANDBY products that cannot be used for product registration and/or re-order under the new system unless converted to become points bearing products. They can also be used for direct selling, not networking.
Conversion is done in the following manner:
  1. MC purchases new products using its own money:
    • The MC buys new products from HOH and, upon confirmation of receipt of payment by HOH and while the new products are to be on transit for delivery, uses the standby products for product registration or re-order. At this stage, the standby products to the extent of the value of new purchases are now converted into points bearing products recognized by the new system.
    • When new products physically arrive, they become new standby products which can be used for product registration or re-order that bear points only when new products are again purchased from HOH. The process is repeated.
  2. MC purchases new products using the money of the dealers or Mobile Services.
    • A new member, dealer or mobile stockist buys product from MC for product registration or re-order.
    • The MC uses the payment of new member, dealer or mobile stockist to buy new products from HOH and, upon confirmation of receipt of payment by HOH and while the new products are to be on transit for delivery, the MC uses the standby products for product registration or re-order. At this stage, the standby products to the extent of the value of new purchases are now converted into points bearing products recognized by the new system.
    • When new products physically arrive, they become new standby products which can be used for product registration or re-order that bear points only when new products are again purchased from HOH. The process is repeated.
    • The allowable value of products for conversion to be used for product registration and re-order that earn points is equivalent to the new purchase/s from HOH.
    • The new purchases can be accumulated first and can wait until such time that delivery would now be cost effective.
    • The standby products should be replenished when only at least 30% of the required target sales volume is remaining.
